Coastal Villas Vacation Rentals, management and housekeeping coordinator, is dedicated to our guests’ peace of mind and is taking very step possible to ensure the cleanliness of your condo/home is held to the highest standards. We have implemented the highest level of home sanitation and disinfecting procedures, some of which are listed below.
Contactless check-in procedures are in place for most all properties.
Bed linen and towels are pulled after each guest to ensure the highest standards of sanitization for the next guest.
Our industrial laundry service uses chemicals and high heat to ensure all sheets and towels come out clean fresh, free of any bacteria or viruses.
Sofa Beds will also have clean sheet sets, bagged and sealed, to ensure safety standards are met.
After every check-out, cleaners and inspectors will apply a disinfectant treatment to all hard surfaces including countertop and cabinet surfaces, remote controls, door handles, and light switches.
